A gal I worked with was handing out bracelets to us today.
Maybe you've seen them?
a complaint free world,every time you catch yourself (or someone with a bracelet catches you complaining you have to switch the bracelet to the other wrist.
go to the website acomplaintfreeworld.org and check things out.Maybe you can get some and pass them out to family and friends.
I was offended at first but was more aware of my complaining and am making an honest but rather difficult attempt NOT to complain.

All you have to do is switch the bracelet to the other wrist and check a website? That sounds easily doable. I wouldn't want one of the bracelets that are like rubber bands that you have to pull out and let snap back against your wrist when you goof up. They HURT!
Glad you have found (or were gently made aware of) something that can help you modify your behavior.
And it does sound like you are in absolutely the perfect job for you. I want to find MY perfect job. Soon!
